Planning on experimenting with it through the winter to have something for a family reunion next summer...

I like your wafer at the bottom idea and crushed crushed throughout, although, crushed dried bananas throughout, might work well too, the baking process, along with the batter, might soften them back up...

and like you, I don&#039;t care for meringue, even a good one. so rethinking topping, leaning more towards a banana icing or possibly a banana flavored glaze]]></description>
