One of my subscribers, Lea, received a giant cupcake mold as a gift. She made a “ginormous” carrot walnut cake. Good Job!

I actually tried again today with a vanilla cake and some pink icing. Damn cake stuck didn’t it…
Let’s just say I had what looked like cake for trifle with a bit of pink on it. Was dry as all get out and looked feral so shoved it in a bowl and hid away. I’m sure my nephews will like it when they come to visit – pink icing and all 😀
