I was very proud that my far away friend April chose my Irish Car Bomb recipe for her husband’s birthday surprise. I didn’t realize when I sent her the link to the recipe that I didn’t include complete directions for the butter cream. The ingenious girl invented her own. I think they turned out beautifully. I wish I could have had a taste!

Thanks, Melissa! I really enjoyed this cupcake, it was delish! I appreciate the awesome inspiration! Since trying this cupcake, I seem to have an ADDICTION!!! All of my attempts having tasted wonderful-Jäger Bomb cupcake, chocolate covered strawberry cupcake, cherry coke cupcake, and a german chocolate cupcake! 🙂 I hope this craving to create & bake is gone with the delivery of this baby in my belly!!!
