Thursday is a happy day at Trophy.  2 flavors of the day: Carrot Cake and Strawberry Lemonade.

Strawberry lemonade is delicious.  Lemony pound cake cupcake.  Dense and moist.  Tart strawberry icing with sugar crystals.

Carrot cake is good.  Moist and flecked with carrot shreds.  Nice cream cheese icing.

For Sofies’ birthday, James and I stopped off at Three Dog Bakery for a treat for the pups.  What’s more suitable than PupCakes?

Sofie daintily nibbles at her cupcake.
        Hershey’s ready for his!
Cesar’s anxious to get ahold of some cake!
